Meet the Roster
bryce ferrell
Bryce Ferrell grew up in the Twin Cities and has been working in commercial real estate for 20+ years. He specializes in multifamily ownership, brokerage and property management. From 2001 to 2006, Bryce was an instrumental part of building a property management and real estate development company, which acquired and developed multifamily apartment properties and new condominiums throughout Minneapolis. In 2010, Bryce founded 10th Floor Property Management with approximately 100 units under management and has successfully built the company to what it is today. Currently, 10th Floor manages over 1,800 multifamily apartment units throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area.
Jonathan Ellgen
Jonathan is a Minneapolis native with over a decade of experience as a financial controller. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Edison State, and a Master’s Degree from California State University – Dominguez/Northridge. He has also been involved in the education field for nearly 20 years.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys traveling, food, sports, photography and spending time with his family. He is an avid fan of Arsenal Football Club and an award-nominated historian in the field of Japanese history.
